Thanksgiving Day 2010

Our Thanksgiving table was small this year. Alyssa and Sarah are living in Southern California. Joe was our guest and we had a nice time visiting and putting together a Coca-Cola Santa puzzle.

My workout today consisted of slightly increasing my speed. I jogged/walked for 56 minutes for
