Another Wonderful Sailing Trip

Today the winds were at 15 mph when we started out. The water was choppy with white caps. We sailed with Dana and Kathy and had a wonderful time. We sailed down to Mukilteo again.
Jogging and Walking
Yesterday evening I was able to do a fairly good job of jogging. I could’ve done better
