Tonight I jogged 2 miles without stopping on the treadmill! I also walked 3 miles on interval training at level 15. Walked 4 miles with Tracy in the neighborhood.

Today we visited the Skagit Valley Tulip fields. Dana and Kathy drove up here and we had lunch
