Today Laura and I jogged together again. We jogged 4 miles on the Centennial Trail in 46:09:7

Laura and I ran and then walked on the Centennial Trail this morning. I had knee pain after 1.

Today I ran 4 miles in 45:41:3 minutes on the Centennial Trail. I decided to run in the north
