I’m watching GCB while I am walking. It is a mini-series from 2012 that should have never been cancelled after 1 season. It is hilarious!
My miles are at a very slow pace, 3 miles per hour. I’m trying to accomplish my goal injury free.

Today’s sail turned out to be an unexpected “leisure” day on the sailboat. N
