Jogging/Walking on the Jennings Loop 
 

I’m finally back  to jogging again.  I hurt my foot/ankle in yoga a couple of weeks ago.  After my 5K on February 4th, the pain was back again so I took time off to rest and recover.  It worked because today I did not have any problems.  Unfortunately, it puts me behind on my training schedule.  I was due to jog 12 miles today.  I hope to catch up in the next two weeks.
