8 Miles

Today I jogged 8 miles in 1:46:33.  My average pace was 13:19 minute miles.  I’m surprised I did so well.  I felt my pace was turtle-slow this morning. 

After my run I walked into the house to see the TV with a special news report about the Boston Marathon.  There were two bombs set off at the finish line.  It’s so sad innocent people were killed and injured for no reason.  A senseless tragedy.
