7 Mile Marathon Training Run
I ran 7 miles in 1:23:58 minutes. As you can see, I figured out a way of exporting a table from my Garmin watch. I copied it and pasted it into a Word document and than copied and pasted it again here. Voila’ it worked! I’ve been trying to figure out how to do it for months. Now if I could find a way to do the map.

I don’t have to run, I get to run! |
My run today was very different. I took something to the post office and mailed it, so I ran through a section of Marysville I don’t normally run in. Out of my comfort zone, you might say. If there were less cars and more trees I may have liked it more, but as it was, it wasn’t anything I care to repeat. Unless, of course, I need to mail something again. I did the mailing at the beginning of the run and finished with a jog around Jennings Loop and through the Nature Park. All in all, a good day.
