8 Miles Training Run

Today I ran 8 miles in 1:39:11 on the streets of Marysville. It was my Sunday run that was delayed due to a migraine. It was uneventful, except for a bit of fog. My new highlighter green shirt made sure I was seen like a for miles!
I did have knee pain starting at mile 7. Not bad, considering I took NO tylenol before the start of the run. I iced and used my roller after running.
