September 7th, Crewing on Rick Hunter’s Manutea

Mark and I were asked to crew on a 30 foot sailboat for the first race in the Autumn Series of the Milltown Sailing Association races.  We crewed with Robert Fletcher and Fabio.  I didn’t catch his last name.  He is Italian and looks just like his name.  The wind was mild so the race course was shortened.  The course we were on was to go to Hat Island and back.  There were other races and another course, but I only concerned myself with ours.  Anyway, we had a great time sailing.  We didn’t win anything but as stated before. any day sailing is a great day!  We were asked to crew again.  Unfortunately, we are busy for the next two races.  🙁
