Treadmill and Trail Walking
Yesterday I walked 3 miles before going to Weight Watchers. I walked on the treadmill since Sue was busy. For the last few weeks, Sue and I have walked on the Centennial Trail for 3 miles before our WW meeting.
I’m doing terrible following the WW plan. I lost 5.6 miles the first week, stayed the same on week 2. This week I lost a 1/4 of a pound. I really need to buckle down and do it. I don’t know what is stopping me.
Today I walked a total of 10 miles again. 6 on the treadmill and 4 on the Centennial Trail with the pup-pup, Liamthepup. 10 miles is getting easier for me if I take my time and don’t do the miles consecutively.
