Hurray!!! I accomplished walking 10 more miles. 5 miles in the morning and 5 in the afternoon. I’m still watching Rich Man, Poor Man Book 2.

I walked 10 miles while watching another dvd. Rich Man, Poor Man is a 1970’s television
Tulips
Today we visited the Skagit Valley Tulip fields. Dana and Kathy drove up here and we had lunch
Thursday, September 20th
I jogged/walked 3.5 miles on the treadmill in 49 minutes. 4.7 mph / 3.6 mph
