I walked 7 miles today. I think my trusty treadmill is officially broken this time. It won’t hold a consistent speed. 🙁 It’s probably a good thing I didn’t walk anymore today. I am fighting a cold.
Repairs and little improvements we’ve made this week
There was no smoke detector in the sailboat. A shiny new one has been installed. This one was
10 miles!
Hurray!!! I am thrilled to find I can walk 10 miles, at a slow pace, without much discomfort.
