I walked 7 miles today. I think my trusty treadmill is officially broken this time. It won’t hold a consistent speed. 🙁 It’s probably a good thing I didn’t walk anymore today. I am fighting a cold.

My overdue 10 mile training run/walk was completed today. I was supposed to do it last Sunday.
Another Wonderful Sailing Trip
Today the winds were at 15 mph when we started out. The water was choppy with white caps.
