Saw a Deer

Today I walked 12 miles.  A deer was hanging around the greenbelt close to the Hansen’s house.  When I rounded a corner I saw him.  He had antlers so I’m assuming he was looking for the North Pole.  Tried to take a picture of him with my camera phone but he was too far away.  He was a surprise to see and made my day.

Mark called the Everett Marina today to see if we could change our boat slip.  It turns out that in November we will be able to get a slip much closer to the entrance of the marina.  It will make docking easier because the space between the C and D docks is wider than B and C.  Also the slip is at the south end of the dock so there will be more room to maneuver the sailboat.  C-78 is our new boat slip number as of November 1st.  Yeah!!!
