Alyssa is in Portland, Oregon attending a conference for her graduate school. We drove to Portland to spend the weekend with her. Sunday we hiked a trail at Multnomah Falls in the Columbia Gorge.
Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle
I went to a Royal Wedding Viewing Party over at Sue’s house. The wedding was on Saturday
10 Miles
My overdue 10 mile training run/walk was completed today. I was supposed to do it last Sunday.
Centennial Trail Run
Today I ran with Laura again on the Centennial Trail. We ran 4.11 miles in 48:46 minutes.
