Yoga and Basic Weight Training

Today I started my new cross-training exercises.  I am taking yoga and basic weight training classes at the YMCA.  I’ve read both of these are the ideal cross-training exercises for running.  I enjoyed both of them today but wrenched my neck in the yoga class.  I’ve been icing it and the pain isn’t going away so I may be calling the doctor tomorrow.  Quite a bummer for my first day of class.  I hope the Thursday classes go smoother.
