Walking and Running

This week I’ve gotten a bit of my mojo back.  The Christmas light viewing season has started and I’m participating by walking through my neighborhood in Marysville with friends.  Wednesday evening I walked with Terri 3.54 miles.  Thursday evening, the same with Tracy. 

Yesterday I finally got the courage to jog again on my sprained foot/ankle.  I jogged on the treadmill!  Starting out slowly, I used a 2 minute jog/1 minute walk interval.  After a warm-up I worked up to jogging 5 mph/walking 3.6 mph for 2 miles.  The best part is my foot didn’t bother me until after I took my shoe off.  Then it only was sore for a while.
