Kettle Bells at Boot Camp

Today I used kettle bells for the first time.  I started out with a 15 lb bell and quickly changed to a 10 lb.  Most of the boot camp class was devoted to exercises using kettle bells.  I have to admit, they weren’t bad.  I was scared of hurting myself, but I didn’t.  Arms of steel, here I come!
