Kettle Bells, It’s a Good Soreness
Today at Booty Busting Boot Camp I learned Kettle Bells again. I was the only one who showed up, so I had a personal trainer! Not too shabby. I have very sore muscles today, but it’s a good sore.
Unfortunately, I found out next week would be the last morning boot camp she teaches for the summer. It was good while it lasted. I’m crossing my fingers we will do hand weights next week. After next week I’ll be signing up for the YMCA again to get some cross-training classes.
