Another hot day in the Seattle area so the treadmill and I are spending quality time together. I ran 3 miles in 37:56 minutes. I watched the finale of MasterChef on TV to keep my mind occupied.
Friday Jog
Today Laura and I jogged together again. We jogged 4 miles on the Centennial Trail in 46:09:7
