“Picturesque” Run with Laura

Today’s run was filled with pictures. Laura and I headed out on the Centennial Trail for our standard run and got carried away taking pictures. It was a splendid day to be outside. We ran 4.5 miles in 52:40.
I took 3 ibruprofen before the run. I woke up with my hip and knee in pain. I know I overdid on Wednesday. Live and learn. I’ll be more careful next time. Pain level 3 throughout run and after.
