Biking on Centennial Trail

Tracy and I bicycled on the Centennial Trail this morning. We rode for approximately an hour. It was a lot of fun. The weather was slightly chilly but I’m not complaining! I love it!!!

Today I ran from Snohomish to Arlington on the Centennial Trail. I can’t say it was easy
Friday Jog
Today Laura and I jogged together again. We jogged 4 miles on the Centennial Trail in 46:09:7
