Day 5

I’ve now walked 50 miles since Monday!  Whoo-hoo!!!  

I’m not sure I will be able to keep up the 10 miles a day on consecutive days for a month.  There is pain in my left leg that feels like it could be my IT band.  Sometimes it extends into my buttock and hip.  Occasionally there is pain in my knees too.  
My body is going to tell whether I do 5 miles or 10 tomorrow.  Sunday will probably be a rest day.
