Mark’s Birthday! 

My day started off early as usual. The hike was going well and I was able to call Mark a few times to wish him a happy birthday. 

I met Lucie and Claude again. They are the couple from Quebec that lead hikes in Nepal to the base of Everest. Such sweet people. 

At the end of the day, I had to climb another mountain. I wasn’t expecting it to be so challenging. I found a stealth campsite at the top. It made it worth the effort.
