Friday Run on Centennial Trail

Today I ran 4 miles in 45:41:3 minutes on the Centennial Trail. I decided to run in the north direction for a change and was rewarded with some beautiful falling leaves dancing across the trail. It was a glorious day to be outside.
I didn’t have knee pain today. There were twinges of it, but nothing significant! Yeah! An all around great day.

Biking on Centennial Trail
Tracy and I bicycled on the Centennial Trail this morning. We rode for approximately an hour.&

Today I completed 16 miles in 3:29:04. It really was a lot longer if you counted all the
YMCA with Tracy and Sue
