5 Miles

Today I jogged/walked my training schedule for a total of 44 minutes.  Jog – 3/Walk – 1.  I completed 3 miles in 44 minutes.  My right foot was bothering me during the jog portions but I was able to work through the discomfort. 

I then proceeded to walk another 2 miles because I wanted to watch the end of the Dallas episode.  I decided I would only watch Dallas from the treadmill and I couldn’t just stop in the middle!  I was able to check out the entire first and second season of Dallas from the library.  Yeah, no more waiting for the dvds one by one from Netflix.

Another good day!
