Tempo Training Day

My workout today consisted of slightly increasing my speed.  I jogged/walked for 56 minutes for a total mileage of 3.88 miles.  My intervals consisted of jogging 3 minutes and walking 1 minute x 10 at the following speeds;

4.6 / 3.6
4.7 / 3.7

The last 10 minutes were tempo intervals of 3.6 mph and 5.0 mph and 5.5 mph.
