Another Beautiful Day

The sun was shining again today as we jogged on the Centennial Trail.  Alyssa wanted to see a different view of the trail so we journeyed the opposite way.  It was a splendid day to be outside enjoying the chilly afternoon.  A pond to the right had thin ice on it.  A heavily shaded portion of the paved path was white with frost.  I’m willing to bet there was a lot of frost on the trail earlier in the day.

We both jogged at our own paces and met up at the end.  My 5K time today was 39:21.  Alyssa doesn’t track her mileage or time.  She jogged faster and longer than I did!
