Personal Pace Yoga

I attended another type of yoga class today.  It was called Personal Paced Yoga.  It is a chair-based yoga class for people coming back from injuries or beginner exercisers.  The class started at 8:00am.  This shouldn’t be a challenge, but getting myself out of the house that early seems to be.  LOL! 

Anyway, the class was okay.  Most of it was a little easier than I would have liked.  At the end of class I asked the instructor to show me a modification for the downward dog position.  She showed me the puppy pose and I hurt my foot again.  Not bad, but it is still painful tonight. 

I think I’m might have to find some other type of exercise for my cross-training.  Although, I don’t want to give up on yoga yet.
