Yoga

This hummingbird was hanging out at our birdfeeder after the rainstorm.

Today I attended a yoga class at the YMCA.  When I left the house I was bombarded with a strong rainstorm.  I used an umbrella but was still fairly wet by the time I walked the few blocks to the Y.  I think I need a bigger umbrella!  After my hour long yoga class, the sun was shining.  It was quite the contrast to walk home.  It was a good class but my yoga poses weren’t as easy as last week.  I think it’s because my body was tired from Sunday’s run.  That’s my story and I’m sticking to it…
