More Hill Training for the Seattle Marathon

Today I accomplished additional hill training in preparation for the Seattle Marathon.  I jogged 4 miles in 47:58.3 minutes, up Highway 528 until it intersected with Highway 9, with an elevation gain of 461 feet!
