Treadmill with Tracy

Today’s activity consisted of YMCA side by side treadmill training with Tracy.  The physical therapist said I could add another day of jogging back into my week so I was happy to be on the treadmill instead of the elliptical. 

Tracy jogged 30 second intervals with 3 minutes of walking!  She did AWESOME! 

I did a total of 3 miles of jogging and 1-1/4 miles of walking.  To break up the monotomy, I did some speedwork for the last 1/2 mile.  I then walked slowly.
