Thursday Afternoon Biking with Tracy

Tracy and I bicycled on the Centennial Trail today for an hour and a half.  I froze because I wore a short sleeve shirt and no jacket.  It was 52 degrees.  I learned something new.  It turns out when you are on a bicycle, your body does not warm up the same way it will while jogging.  BRRR…. Lesson learned.  Oh well, it was still fun chatting with Tracy and getting out in the fresh air.  All in all, a delightful
