Friday Morning Run with Mark

Laura and Sharon couldn’t make it today for our weekly Friday run. Mark was home from work so he graciously accepted my invitation to jog on the trail this morning. We started out together and both ran at our own paces. I stopped to take pictures in the second part of the run. The weather was cloudy today but very nice for jogging. I accomplished 4 miles in 42:53. My knee was bothering me after 2 miles. I took 3 ibuprofen half hour before run.
