Monday’s Easy Day

I haven’t kept up with the posts this week.  Some days I was too tired and others I just plain forgot.  Today is my day to get caught up.

Monday was an exceptionally easy day.  Thanks to my new training schedule of the endurance days being hard every other week.  I walked 5 miles with Terri and then jogged 1 mile on the treadmill for a total of 6 miles.  Easy peasy.

5 miles – 70 minutes
1 mile – 12:43 minutes
