4 Miles on the Jennings Loop

Today was an awesome jogging day for me.  I jogged 4 miles on the Jennings Loop.  Not a single step of it was walking!!!  “Not that there’s anything wrong with that,” said in a nod to the Seinfeld show.  My time was 50:59 which corresponds to almost 13 minute miles.
