Yoga

Today I finally made it back to a yoga class.  I’ve been very cautious about my left foot/ankle since  re-injuring it in yoga last month.  I asked the yoga instructor for a modifications of the downward dog position.  Unfortunately, she didn’t have any helpful suggestions.  I decided to do child’s pose when the rest of the class did the downward dog position.  This worked well and I felt like I got a workout.  Not a great workout but a good one considering it was my first yoga class in a month. 

My week and a half stretch of migraines have finally subsided so I hope to be back on a regular training schedule next week.  Yeah for that!
