Last Booty Busting Boot Camp Class

Our cool-down was a walk through the demonstration garden at Jennings Park

Today’s booty busting boot camp class had 3 other people attending so it was a real class.  Last week I had a personal trainer for the entire hour, since I was the only student.  We did hand weights again, so I was thrilled.  Kettle bells and hand weights were my favorite things I learned at the boot camp classes. 

I’m sad to see this particular class end.  I learned a lot and it was fun challenging myself.  While it was okay for the duration, 6:30am is too early in the morning for me.  I had to be up at 5:00 in order to eat and use the potty so I didn’t have issues during exercise.  I’m signing up for the YMCA again next week so I can attend Yoga and other strength training classes there.  The YMCA class times and location will be much easier for me to fit into our schedule.
